He grew up in a small town in Florida and moved to Statesboro in 1994
Rusty likes to cook for friends and family and somehow it always turns into a cooking and eating competition. He started grilling with Keith Edenfield in 1994 which is when their families moved next door to each other. While on a mission trip to Jamaica, Russell pick up a few recipes for dry rubs and marinades.
Rusty enjoys cooking indoors as well as outdoors. Rusty is always trying to improve on his dry rubs and marinades.
